The attached list (Addendum A) gives the dates of publication of the latest versions of the Senior Certificate Examinations guidelines. |

Heads of institutions that prepare candidates for the Senior Certificate Examinations are requested to check that they are in possession of the latest versions of the guidelines, and to destroy obsolete versions in order to prevent incorrect information being passed on to candidates. |

Copies of the latest versions are obtainable from the Western Cape Education Department, Directorate: Examinations. |
4. |
Enclosed find the following updated examination guideline documents which are with effect from the November 2003 examinations and replace all previously issued guidelines for these subjects. Please note that these examination guideline documents were handed out to educators at the relevant workshops at the beginning of the year. These copies are attached as official school copies.
