Purpose:
To coordinate the departmental policy development process.

Functions:
  1. Initiate and evaluate requests for policy development.
  2. Facilitate policy alignment within the department.
  3. Manage the policy register.
  4. Facilitate the policy communication process.
  5. Provide expert advice and support on policy development.
  6. Facilitate the legislative process of primary and secondary statutory policy.
