- Coordinate publication and dissemination of instituional knowledge and managment information generated within the education system.
- Provide access to management information.
- Monitor and review knowledge management practices.

- Provide registry services.
- Provide messenger services across the organisation.

Purpose:
To plan, manage and coordinate information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and services.
- Functions:
- Develop and maintain ICT policy and systems.
- Manage the interface with e-Innovation and other service providers.
- Plan and oversee the annual provisioning of ICT requirements (MSP).
