Purpose:
To manage the delivery of the total programme of infrastructure projects through the interaction with and monitoring/oversight of the implementing agent.

Functions:
  1. Implement day to day maintenance and emergency projects and programmes.
  2. Facilitate the delivery of infrastructure capital and maintenance projects.
  3. Plan and coordinate infrastructure projects.
