Education Districts

Purpose:
To manage the quality of education and education institutions w ithin the district.

Functions:
  1. Manage research, information systems, quality assurance, district business planning, strategy processes.
  2. Render a district level corporate service.
  3. Ensure quality education and education institutions at circuit level.
  4. Lead, manage and coordinate curriculum advice.
  5. Lead, manage and coordinate SES advice.
  6. Lead, manage and coordinate IMG advice.

Strategy and Communications
Purpose:
To manage research, information systems, quality assurance, district business planning and strategy processes.

Functions:
  1. Manage all aspects of Research and Development, policy implementation and strategy development at district level.
  2. Manage and maintain all aspects of MIS pertaining to the District.
  3. Prepare, implement, monitor and review the district strategic and annual business plans.
  4. Support operations and infrastructure planning and management processes.
  5. Faciliate ICT services at district level.
  6. Provide communication and interface management services at district level.
  7. Coordinate all infrastructure aspects at district level.
